With a Service Agreement, you’ll ensure that your air conditioner is running as efficiently as possible - while managing your cooling and maintenance costs.
With a Central Air Conditioning Service Agreement, you will receive the following:
Free Tune Up (value: $239)
Our expertly trained service technicians will visit your house and inspect your air conditioner to ensure it is working properly and at its full capacity. During this visit, our technician will clean your unit and perform the required annual maintenance. After the tune up you’ll enjoy increased system efficiency and reduced AC costs.
Parts Coverage
We will repair or replace, at no extra charge, over 30 different parts which may become defective due to normal use or wear and tear.
Labor Coverage for an Entire Year (average savings: $200-$500 in repair bills)
All labor charges during normal working hours (8:00am to 4:30pm) will be covered under this service agreement - at no cost to you - for the life of the contract. In addition, you will receive a 10% discount on any labor performed after normal working hours.
Loyalty Credits (value: $35)
You will receive $35 in Loyalty Credits to apply as a discount on any future heating or cooling equipment purchase.
